摘要: Abstract In order to study the interaction of calcium phosphate coatings with bone tissue, coated titanium plugs standard size were implanted in dog femora. The bonding and formation hydroxyapatite, α-tricalcium (α-TCP) tetracalcium plasma-sprayed evaluated by mechanical push-out tests histological observations after 3, 5, 15 28 months implantation. During this time all coating types degraded. α-TCP showed most significant degradation 3 Hydroxyapatite signs about 5 All a small increase general, implants similar response, some contact several remodelling lacunae along surfaces long-term
