摘要: Flt3-ligand can be used to generate large numbers of dendritic cells from hematopoietic progenitor and stem cells. augment immune responses in vivo, expand ex vivo. Such then present tumor, viral or other antigens naive T cells, useful as vaccine adjuvants.
