摘要: SUMMARY Background: Early-onset obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is one of the more common mental illnesses children and adolescents, with prevalence 1% to 3%. Its manifestations often lead severe impairment conflict in family. In this review, we summarize manifestations, comorbidity, pathophysiology, course disease as well current modes diagnosis treatment. Methods: We selectively review relevant literature German-language guidelines for treatment adolescents. Results: Obsessive-compulsive are many types cause impairment. Comorbid disturbances present 70% patients. The takes a chronic than 40% Cognitive behavioral therapy first choice, followed by combination pharmacotherapy including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) then SSRI alone. Conclusion: OCD begins childhood or adolescence. There empirically based neurobiological cognitivebehavioral models its pathophysiology. Multiaxial diagnostic evaluation permits early diagnosis. Behavioral thera py medications highly effective treatments, but nonetheless large percentage
