摘要: The Chernobyl accident, which occurred 32 years after the accidental exposure of Marshall islanders, resulted in neighbouring populations to a mixture iodine isotopes and an increased incidence thyroid cancer. highest doses were received by youngest age groups. This review describes existing evidence, examines factors that may have risk. It also stresses problems with contemporary measurements, lack information on sensitivity short-lived iodine-131. Practical considerations for nuclear physicians, epidemiologists thyroidologists are discussed light this major accident.
