摘要: During a short period of time after birth or radiotherapy, the spleens neonatal and adult TLI-treated mice contain suppressor cells mixed leukocyte reaction (MLR) graft-vs-host disease. The present report shows that MLR suppressive activity spleen from BALB/c can be maintained in long-term tissue culture by using conditioned medium. cloned limiting dilution, reproducibly inhibit [3H]TdR incorporation at responder-to-suppressor cell ratios 50:1. There is no antigen specificity H-2 haplo-type restriction suppression. do not per se, because inhibition was observed co-culture experiments with EL4 tumor line IL 2-dependent HT-2 line.
