摘要: To characterize immune suppressive and hematopoietic features of enriched subsets human marrow cells, we separated these cells on Percoll density gradients. CD4+ CD8+ T (CD3+) were in the high-density cell fractions reduced low-density fractions. CD4-CD8- expressing alpha beta T-cell antigen receptor at least 10 times less numerous than all Purified populations + obtained by flow cytometry suppressed mixed leukocyte reaction (MLR). Another population suppressor that expressed neither (CD3) nor natural killer (CD16) surface markers was also identified. The latter had phenotypic functional characteristics "natural suppressor" cells. Suppressor activity along with progenitors (colony-forming unit-granulocyte-macrophage burst-forming unit-erythroid). progenitor activities depleted made vigorous responses MLR. fractions, which accounted for 10% input MLR did not respond. Further evaluation may be value allogeneic bone transplantation due to reduction enrichment as well inhibit graft-versus-host disease.
