摘要: Abstract The adsorption of H 2 O and D on SrTiO 3 (100) have been studied by high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy He(II) photoemission. Water does not adsorb at room temperature the defect-free surface, but binds strongly in oxygen vacancy sites generated argon ion bombardment. available experimental evidence favours non-dissociative adsorption.
