摘要: Thioredoxins (Trx) and glutaredoxins (Grx) are thiol oxidoreductases that ubiquitously expressed, involved in several biological processes. The expression of thioredoxins is induced many neoplasms, correlates with prognosis gallbladder colorectal carcinoma. aim the present study was to examine pattern these proteins (redoxins) hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) correlate their levels clinical features. Paraffin-embedded tissues from 25 patients resected for HCC 15 (CRC) liver metastases were analyzed immunohistochemistry. Our results showed Trx1, Trx2 Grx5 upregulated HCCs as compared respective surrounding liver. In comparison, almost all redoxins CRC metastases, Trx1 Grx3 being significantly more increased than primary tumors. HCC, correlated cell proliferation, a trend towards micro-vascular invasion, while decreased tumor size. lower tumors males, smokers, high alcohol consumption. Grx2 higher metabolic syndrome. conclusion, this illustrates specific correlations individual features implicates pathogenesis HCC.
