摘要: Beta tricalcium phosphate (TCP) was employed as a nonimmunogenic biodegradable delivery system for bovine bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). A BMP/TCP composite implanted in adult dogs with skull trephine defects of critical size 1.4 cm that would otherwise remain unhealed the lifetime individual. implants induced 91%-100% incorporation by deposits new bone. In comparison, control TCP impregnated serum albumin (BSA/TCP) 0%-8% incorporation, or only marginal host bed reactive formation. The retention unabsorbed four months after implantation suggests further research should be encouraged to obtain formulation sintered calcium could resorbed more rapidly and process completely replaced
