摘要: We define a multi-criteria Decision Support System for designing fresh food packaging.A modified atmosphere packaging simulation module is included in the DSS.A flexible querying handles imprecise data stored database.Using DSS user will have only one trial to perform validation step. To design new food, stakeholders of chain express their needs and requirements, according some goals objectives. These requirements can be gathered into two groups: (i) related characteristics (ii) intrinsic characteristics. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) an efficient way delay senescence spoilage thus extend very short shelf life respiring products such as fruits vegetables. Consequently, O2/CO2 permeabilities must fit vegetable predicted by virtual MAP simulating tools. Beyond gas permeabilities, choice material produce includes numerous other factors cost, availability, potential contaminants raw materials, process ability, waste management constraints. For instance, may following query his/her product asking with optimal that guarantee quality optionally transparent made from renewable resources cost less than 3?/kg. help taking rational decision based on expressed needs, (DSS) biodegradable has been built. In this paper we present functional specification, software architecture implementation developed tool. This tool combining mass transfer models respiration which imprecise, uncertain missing database. detail its operational functioning through real case study determine most satisfactory materials apricots packaging.
