摘要: Although replicative forms of TT virus (TTV) DNA have been found in the liver and bone marrow cells, mRNAs TTV not yet detected these tissues. The entire nucleotide sequence a clone [TYM9 (3759 bases)] isolated from patient with high viremia (10(6) copies/ml) was determined, poly(A)(+) RNAs cells were subjected to reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction primers specific for TYM9 sequence. Sequence analysis amplified products revealed presence three distinct species spliced [2.9, 1.2, 1.0 kilobases (kb)] common 5' 3' termini as well splicing bind (nt) 181 nt 283. shorter 1.2 kb possessed another join 681 2341 or 2579. transcription profile an infected human corroborates that observed vitro.
