摘要: The concentration of phospholipids and proteins was determined in 23 inflammatory synovial fluids obtained from human knee joints. fluid to plasma phospholipid ratio (0.48 0.37 at high low state) lower than the value found for total protein content (0.68 0.53, respectively) indicating that were more discriminated their transfer space. Constant amounts phosphatidylinositol all fluids, whereas trace lysophosphatidylethanolamine phosphatidylserine frequent active state. A decrease relative phosphatidylcholine with respect suggested possibility hydrolysis compartment. In agreement, determinations phospholipase activity disclosed presence a A2 phase effusions. Phospholipid derivatives formed space may thus contribute amplification response.
