摘要: To expand the applications of fishing industrial wastes, liquefaction technique was employed to convert chitin into liquids, which were first further used for modification polymer materials. Ball-mill treated effectively liquefied polyols in polyethylene glycol 400/glycerin mixed solvent. FTIR, 1H NMR and size exclusion chromatography analyses turned out that depolymerization deacetylation reactions occurred during process. The chitin/polyvinyl alcohol blend membranes with various mixing ratios prepared characterized by FTIR SEM. In addition, transparency, tensile strength, elongation at break, water absorption, retention antibacterial properties thoroughly discussed. mechanical property thermal stability greatly enhanced under optimized conditions 25wt% incorporation polyvinyl alcohol. Moreover, showed improvements absorption capacity. particular, activity significantly improved after chitin.
