摘要: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Intracranial aneurysm treatment with flow diverters has shown satisfying results in terms of occlusion, and while some cases delayed intraparenchymal hemorrhage have been described, no systematic analysis the risk factors affecting its occurrence conducted a large series patients. This retrospective after flow-diverter is multicenter, study using treated patients to analyze hemorrhage. MATERIALS METHODS: Patients presenting were included from December 2007 2014 7 participating centers France. Patient characteristics recorded as bleeding (size, lateralization, time bleed), treatment, clinical outcome 1, 3, 6 months. RESULTS: Delayed occurred 11 between 1 21 days procedure. In 10 these patients, hemorrhages ipsilateral aneurysms. Five underwent surgery, 9 had good outcomes at months (mRS ≤2). CONCLUSIONS: The pathogenesis occurring remains unclear. multidisciplinary management yields relatively low morbidity-mortality rate compared initial presentation.
