摘要: Three patients presented to the cardiac catheterization laboratory with myocardial infarction, severe mitral regurgitation, and pulmonary edema. Two were in cardiogenic shock at time of catheterization. Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty was done on occluded artery all three resolution edema as well auscultative evidence regurgitation.
