摘要: Sea bass fry were fed a fixed ration of one six isonitrogenous diets differing in essential amino acid balance or physical and chemical state the protein source (Hydrolysate vs. intact protein) to induce different growth rates. The reference diet was based on fish meal, whereas other contained hydrolysate, greaves meal (i.e., defatted collagen meal) hydrolyzed feather added at 30 50% crude expense protein. Digestibility as well fractional rate whole-body synthesis assessed. Whole-body determined for each group using single injection flooding dose tritiated phenylalanine. Protein digestibility varied only by 5.5%. Specific specific rate, i.e., accretion, higher than those which had been replaced Compared with group, these latter containing 30% accretion ratio, efficiency deposition, lower poorer dietary group. substitution hydrolysate led similar, though less pronounced phenomenon: nonsignificant increase accompanied significant degradation.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
