摘要: Risks of 2nd primary cancer were assessed in all patients with cutaneous melanoma (12,460) and ocular (2,018) incident Denmark from 1943 to 1989 followed for totals 88,667 person-years 16,045 person-years, respectively. After melanoma, 972 cancers occurred. The risk non-melanoma skin was significantly raised each sex. Risk non-skin not ages but increased the at under 50 years (standardised incidence ratio [SIR], i.e., observed expected incidence, multiplied by 100 = 117; 95% confidence interval [CI] 101-134). There risks chronic lymphocytic leukaemia males both sexes combined, brain nervous system females combined oropharyngeal combined. pancreatic raised, suggesting that generally do share diathesis this malignancy which has been certain families atypical naevi melanoma. no relation duration since first indication any appreciable treatment-related risk. 216 a overall liver (NMSC) suggests aetiology is mainly dependent on UV exposure, least type causing NMSC.
