摘要: Cryphonectria cubensis causes a serious can- ker disease of Eucalyptus in many tropical areas the world. The aim this study was to determine phylogenetic relationships among strains C. cub- ensis and related species parasitica, Endothia eugeniae E. gyrosa using DNA sequence data. A second objective develop rapid diagnostic method distinguish these taxa. vari- able ITS1 ITS2 regions, as well conserved 5.8S gene rRNA operon, were amplified sequenced. PCR products also used Alu I Cfo restriction digests. Analysis profiles indicate that it is possible between cubensis, eu- geniae RFLPs (restriction frag- ment length polymorphisms). This will facilitate identification isolates thought represent sporulate poorly culture. data showed form distinct clade includes strain from clove might otherwise have been assigned name geniae. Isolates parasitica formed separate clade. grouped separately both parasitica.
