摘要: Most data suggest that malignant transformation in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) occurs hematopoietic stem cell is the progenitor of myelopoiesis and B but not T lymphopoiesis. We established a T-lymphoid line (CML-T1) from person with Ph-chromosome-negative CML acute phase. Evidence its T-lymphocyte origin includes pattern cytochemical reactivity, reactivity anti-T-cell monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs), rearrangement beta-T-cell receptor (TCRB) gene. CML-T1 cells have features type IV thymocytes. Cytogenetic analyses indicate 47,XX, del(11), t(6;7)(q23;q24), +mar karyotype. exhibit molecular changes typical CML, including translocation ABL protooncogene chromosome 9 to 22, BCR gene, transcription chimeric BCR-ABL messenger RNA (mRNA). The insertion on 22 appears interstitial, similar other cases CML. These clearly can be involved acute-phase should useful studying this process as well underlying
