摘要: more than 800 rhizobacterial strains were isolated from winter wheat "rhizosphere" (the soil tightly adhering to the roots), "rhizoplane" root surface) and "endorhiza" interior of roots) at differ - ent plant growth stages (two leaves, four flowering full maturity). The data obtained clearly show that proportion motile gradually increased "rhizosphere", through "rhizoplane", "endorhiza". These results strongly suggest flagellar motility is an important factor in colonization roots (especially interiors) by bacteria. however, high proportions nonmotile bacteria among bacterial isolates surface leaves not absolutely necessary feature roots. Pseudomonads enterobacteria main bacteria, Cytophaga-Flavobacterium ones. role discussed relation other traits.
