摘要: Borreliosis is an endemic infection in Denmark. Recent serosurveys have indicated that human anaplasmosis may be equally common. The aim of this study was to look for Anaplasma phagocytophilum and related pathogens Ixodes ricinus ticks estimate their prevalence, compared Borrelia, using PCR. Ticks were collected from three locations Denmark: Jutland, Funen, Bornholm. Jutland Funen analysed individually, Bornholm pools 20. A. found all areas. 23.6% while 11% positive Borrelia burgdorferi. genotype B. afzelii most prevalent, followed by valaisiana, burgdorferi s.s. garinii.A. 14.5% nymphs 40.5% adult ticks, 13% 8% ticks. difference prevalence between supports the idea maintenance cycles nature different. also infected with Rickettsia helvetica. Our indicates Denmark as high unrecognized.
