摘要: The roles of selection and migration B. burgdorferi s. l. were studied. Questing adult Ixodes ricinus ticks collected across Europe analysed for infection with Analysis the genospecies in individual showed that garinii valaisiana segregate from afzelii. Segregation bird- rodent-associated Borrelia genotypes can be explained by operation complement-mediated midgut feeding tick. Phylogenetic analyses indicate high rates bird-associated genotypes.
