摘要: Two models of promotion and development wine tourism in Latin American European regions are analyzed: the region Queretaro (Mexico) Denomination Origin (D.O.) Penedes (Catalonia, Spain). Through a qualitative approach based on comparative case study application ethnographic techniques, parallels differences between both were documented, order to identify how is promoted developed contexts with similar characteristics, but also strong contrasts which reveal different forms tourist activation resourcesfood wine.
