摘要: Since emphasis is on the transonic speed range, special importance placed configurations for which available data are sufficient to define accurately a flutter boundary. Only with clean, smooth surfaces considered suitable. Segmented models or surface-slope discontinuities inappropriate. Excluded also, in general, and sets that involve behavior uncertain not well understood, model properties, know sensitivities small variations properties. In order assess suitability of already tested associated designation as standard, survey AGARD member countries was conducted seek candidates prospective set. The results given summarized along initial selection standard configuration.
