摘要: A spin polarization enhancement artificial (SPEA) magnet comprises combinations of positive asymmetry interfaces and inverse arranged antiferromagnetically such that current passed through the SPEA has enhanced polarization. The additionally may combine bulk material properties electron scattering to either supplement or replace interfacial differentiation. basic functional unit includes two ferromagnetic layers separated by spacer layers. Each forms an interface adjacent produce different symmetry. Antiferromagnetic arrangement coordinates symmetries a single state is selected also provides additional stabilization magnet.
