摘要: J. C. Eccles (1943) was the first to show that a slow surface positive (P) potential could be recorded, when preganglionic nerves were stimulated, from mammalian sympathetic ganglia treated with curare. This P further investigated in turtle by Laporte and Lorente de No (1950). In 1961, R. M. Libet (1961) made systematic analysis of synaptic mediation recorded ganglia. They suggested might produced action catecholamine released chromaffin cells [subsequently referred as small intensely fluorescent (SIF) (see below Chapters 12 13)] these neurons are stimulated acetylcholine (ACh) liberated nerve terminals.
