摘要: The kinetics for sodium channel gating appear to involve three coupled processes: (a) "primary" activation, (b) "secondary" and (c) inactivation. Gating current data obtained in dynamic steady states with sinusoidal voltage-clamp were analyzed give further details about the secondary activation process gating. Unlike primary inactivation, physical processes that become defined when are as a function of sinusoid frequency addition mean membrane potential. effects these described, interpretation is presented.
