摘要: ABSTRACT The localization of PGE2 receptor subtypes (EP1, EP2 and EP3) in nonuveal tissues porcine eye was investigated by immunocytochemical methods with polyclonal antibodies directed against conserved peptide sequences the carboxyl terminal region subtypes. EP1 found only corneal epithelium, while immunoreactivity associated epithelium endothelium lens epithelium. EP3 subtype localized to all ocular examined (except fiber cells), i.e. endothelium, retinal photoreceptor pigmented bipolar cell, horizontal amacrine ganglion cell Muller cell.
