摘要: Abstract Highly crosslinked narrow or monodisperse poly(ethyleneglycol dimethacryltae) (polyEGDMA) microspheres were prepared by distillation–precipitation polymerization in neat acetonitrile with 2,2′-azobis(2-methyl propinitrile) (AIBN) as an initiator. The polymer clean surfaces due to the absence of any added stabilizer reaction system formed simultaneously through a precipitation manner during distillation off system. effects solvent, initiator concentration, monomer concentration and comonomer (divinylbenzene, DVB) fraction on formation investigated. Narrow- particles spherical shape smooth surface obtained diameters between 1.18 2.50 μm loading lower than 3.13 vol%. became rougher, some elliptic doublet triplet appeared increase (as high 3.75 vol%). yield was increased from 31% 75% EGDMA 0 100% when copolymerized DVB. resulting characterized scanning electron microscope (SEM) Fourier transform-IR spectra.
