摘要: Resume L'immunophenotypage est devenu un examen indispensable au diagnostic des leucemies aigues lymphoides comme myeloides. L'introduction du marqueur CD45 permet une meilleure individualisation populations cellulaires et precision accrue fenetrage blastes. Le phenotype immunologique LA de definir plusieurs sous-groupes, dont certains sont correles a anomalies cytogenetiques et/ou moleculaires. Il identifie certaines formes rares LA. phenotypage systematique egalement pour interet detecter phenotypes blastiques aberrants, qui pourront servir suivi la maladie residuelle par cytometrie en flux.
