摘要: Earthworms represent an important food source for many vertebrates and as a result, predators may encounter toxic effects via the chain from consumption of contaminated worms. Therefore, including assessment xenobiotic to worms in risk procedures is advisable. Here we studied acute toxicity, bioaccumulation elimination ethofumesate enantiomers earthworm, Eisenia fetida, soil. A slight difference toxicity earthworm between two was found, calculated LC50 values (+)-, rac- (-)-ethofumesate were 4.51, 5.93 7.98 mu g/cm(2), respectively, indicating that enantioselective. Earthworm can uptake but curve did not reach steady state. In experiment, concentrations declined following first-order decay model with short half life 1.8 d. The both nonenantioselective. combination other studies, linear relationship Log BSAFs K-ow, observed, increased increasing K-ow. But rate show any correlation K-ow value. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
