More advanced tumors are as firm , grayish-white masses that partially fill more chambers diffusely invade myocardium. Rarely, tumor grow through myocardium expand exophytic mass on external surface heart. Infiltrative growth then extend along major blood vessels within beyond mediastinal cavity involve lungs soft tissues neck head, some exceptional cases extending far orbit. Photographs illustrating both lesions have been published (Ivankovic 1976).
