Grain size dependent magnetoelectric coupling of BaTiO3 nanoparticles

摘要: We report the magnetoelectric (ME) coupling properties of BaTiO3 nanoparticles different grain sizes ranging from 16–26 nm synthesized using a modified Pechini method. Nanostructured multiferroic shows good ferroelectric and magnetic at room temperature, which is confirmed temperature dependent dielectric spectroscopy magnetometer. A quantitative coefficient measurement samples was performed dynamic lock-in amplifier technique. The obtained values all indicate occurrence strong maximum recorded an AC field 77 Oe 32 mV cm−1 Oe−1 exhibits size-dependent coupling. This enhanced ME voltage with perfect anisotropy provides possibility for such material in low energy consumption or miniaturized device applications area sensors memory devices.
