摘要: The magnetic, dielectric and magnetoelectric coupling coefficients of GdFe 1-x Mg x O 3 (x = 0.00, 0.02, 0.04 0.06) have been measured at room temperature. An increase in lattice constants cell volume was observed by X-ray diffraction. Neel temperature GdFeO reduced to 356 °C from 401 °C substitution. constant increased 0.011 123.70 with coefficient, α, for 0.76 mV cm −1  Oe 1.67 mV/cm-Oe x = 0.06 Mg substitution
