摘要: Substituted Gd x Mn1−x Fe1−y Cu y O3 (x = 0.0–1.0; 0.0–0.5) nanoparticles were synthesized by sol–gel auto-combustion, and the effect of content on their structural, electrical, dielectric properties was investigated. X-ray diffraction data confirmed formation an orthorhombic single phase with crystallite size in range 23–61 nm. Particle determined scanning electron microscopy. Direct current electrical resistivity activation energy observed to increase from 2.14 × 107 7.46 1010 Ω cm 0.64 0.70 eV, respectively, increasing substituent concentration, whereas drift mobility decreased 3.27 10−13 1.19 10−16 cm2 V−1 S−1. Dielectric constant, loss, loss factor frequency content. These decreases suggest materials could be used microwave devices.
