摘要: Abstract The majority of migraineurs seeking secondary or tertiary medical care experience throbbing pain and cutaneous allodynia during the course migraine. Underlying origin these symptoms are peripheral central trigeminovascular neurons, whose cell bodies located in trigeminal ganglion spinal dorsal horn, respectively. development initial phase migraine is mediated by sensitization whereas later attack propelled neurons which, unfortunately, not equipped to respond triptans directly. Triptans appear act presynaptically such as inhibit signal transmission from neurons. Reining using triptan treatment possible long their excitability remains driven incoming signals meninges, but after they develop autonomous activity. Accordingly, attacks with can be effectively terminated, provided that patient vigilantly resorts therapy before soon onset allodynia, has become firmly established. On other hand, allodynic patients who missed critical window for effective still rendered pain‐free an intravenous infusion non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
