摘要: A common framework provides for concurrently simulating a broad range of modeling languages with an arbitrary stochastic simulation method. The is instantiated to each language by defining species function and reactions function. converts model the set species, computes possible from given species. particular method three functions: one computing next reaction, another reaction activity initial populations, updating as populations change over time. Accordingly, compiles reactions, dynamically updates selects in iterative cycle.
