The comprises steps of: establishing dynamic simulation model for simulating start-up operation and steady-state of technological process according to information, an operating procedure historical data the process; running model; extracting within first predetermined time from normal sample set generate vaccine, second vaccine; acquiring obtaining immune antibody coefficient generating library; library vaccine.
