摘要: Cell migration drives cell invasion and metastatic progression in prostate cancer is a major cause of mortality morbidity. However the mechanisms driving patients are not fully understood. We previously identified cancer-associated protein Tetraspanin 1 (TSPAN1) as clinically relevant androgen regulated target cancer. Here we find that TSPAN1 acutely induced by androgens, significantly upregulated relative to both normal tissue benign hyperplasia (BPH). also show for first time, expression cells controls key proteins involved migration. Stable upregulation DU145 PC3 increased mesenchymal markers SLUG ARF6. Our data suggest an androgen-driven contributor survival motility
