摘要: The concept of behavioral risk refers to health behaviors that increase the likelihood a variety illness conditions. With increased scientific research, it has become clear this is useful in understanding linkage between behavior and health. This paper reviews scientific, conceptual, practical issues related identification primary care. It includes both literature review an analysis feasibility screening appraisal from public perspective, giving special attention four factors: cigarette smoking, alcohol misuse, physical inactivity, unhealthy diet. indicates there are wide acceptable tests can be used for population programs, large number instruments employ medical work settings where preventive services available. Given available assessment procedures, choice given instrument will depend on target population, purpose program, time assessment, other considerations, such as cost. Multiple factor feasible, but no single or procedure optimal all factors populations. Based results review, specific test combination less important than use make patients healthcare providers more aware critical importance monitoring routine basis. We conclude while further research development needs done, sufficient progress been made warrant ambitious effort would bring into mainstream medicine
