摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects methionine on cell proliferation, antioxidant activity, apoptosis, expression levels related genes (HSF-1, HSP70, Bax and Bcl-2) protein (HSP70) in mammary epithelial cells, after heat treatment. Methionine (60 mg/L) increased viability attenuated morphological damage hyperthermia-treated bovine cells (BMECs). Additionally, significantly reduced lactate dehydrogenase leakage, malondialdehyde formation, nitric oxide, oxide synthase activity. Superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase enzymatic activity presence methionine. Bovine also exhibited a certain amount HSP70 reserve pretreatment for 24 h, level gene further with incubation at 42 °C 30 min. Compared control, HSF-1 mRNA increased, there Bax/Bcl-2 caspase-3 against stress. survival decreased early apoptosis BMECs. Thus, has cytoprotective hyperthermia-induced
