摘要: The size of red blood cells (RBC) is on the same order as diameter microvascular vessels. Therefore, should be regarded a two-phase flow system RBCs suspended in plasma rather than continuous medium microcirculation. It great physiological and pathological significance to investigate effects deformation aggregation In this study, visualization experiment was conducted study microcirculatory behavior suspension. Motion microfluidic chip with straight, divergent, convergent microchannel sections have been captured by microscope high-speed camera. Meanwhile, movement were investigated under different viscosity, hematocrit, rate system. For low velocity behaved their normal biconcave disc shape motion found flipping motion: they not only deformed shapes along direction, but also rolled rotated themselves. aggregate, forming rouleaux at very viscosity. However, for high obviously shear stress. They elongated direction performed tank-treading motion.
