摘要: The lipid extractability of 14 microalgae species and strains was assessed using organic solvents (methanol chloroform). high variability detected indicated the potential for applying this parameter as an additional criterion screening in industrial processes such biofuel production from microalgae. Species without cell walls presented higher than with walls. Analysis integrity by flow cytometry staining propidium iodide showed a significant correlation between resistance to physical treatments rupture sonication results highlight wall determining factor inter- intraspecific extraction treatments.
