摘要: The interaction between α-actinin and titin, two modular muscle proteins, is essential for sarcomere assembly. We have solved the solution structure of a complex calcium-insensitive C-terminal EF-hand domain α-actinin-2 seventh Z-repeat titin. in semi-open conformation closely resembles that myosin light chains their complexes with heavy chain IQ motifs. However, no motif present Z-repeat, suggesting general structural calcium-independent recognition domains.
