摘要: We present a systematic procedure to improve the qualities of triangular molecular surface meshes and at same time preserve manifoldness. The utilizes an algorithm remove redundant points having three or four valences another smooth mesh using modified version Laplacian method without causing intersecting triangles. This approach can be effectively applied any manifold with arbitrary complex geometry.
