摘要: Photodynamic therapy of tumors (PDT) is a modern low-tr aumatic method which proved to be effective in the treatment number oncological conditions [1–3]. Main advantages PDT are selectivity tumor tissue damage and low invasiveness procedure that allows certain cases avoid surgical intervention [4–6]. Besides, an actual absence serious side effects distinguishes favourably from conventional chemotherapy radiotherapy patients. However, has important drawback connected with innate properties light radiation — small depth penetration into biological tissues limits drastically practical applications method. One possible way overcoming employment photosensitizers accumulated by greater quantity making them sensitive even intensity. The goal may pursued combining principles nanotechnology when nanoparticles used as vector for photosensitizer transportation [7, 8]. objectives study were synthesize conjugate most extensively studied hematoporphyrin gold nanoparticles, evaluate its photodynamic activity experiments on cultures transformed cells. It was shown nanosized particles ability selectively accumulate [9], thus adding porphyrins own selectivity. To our knowledge, there no data published application porphyrin conjugates nanoparticles.
