摘要: The objective of this work was to study the competitive adsorption/desorption tetracycline (TC), oxytetracycline (OTC) and chlortetracycline (CTC) on two acid soils. We used stirred flow chamber technique obtain experimental data rapid kinetic processes affecting retention/release antibiotics. Both adsorption desorption were higher soil 1 (which showed highest carbon, clay Al Fe oxides content) than 2. Moreover, hysteresis affected processes. Experimental fitted a pseudo-first order equation, resulting qamax (adsorption maximum) values that for 2, indicating CTC competed with TC more intensely OTC in 1. Regarding corresponding kinetics constants (ka) fast sites (kd1), followed trend inverse qdmax respectively. In conclusion, competition three antibiotics assayed, thus subsequent transport water environments.
