摘要: Background Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. is the causal agent of olive knot disease. The strains isolated from oleander and ash belong to pathovars nerii fraxini, respectively. When artificially inoculated, causes disease also on ash, attacks ash. Surprisingly nothing known yet about their distribution in nature these hosts if spontaneous cross-infections occur. On other hand sanitary certification programs for plants, including P. savastanoi, were launched many countries. aim this work was develop several PCR-based tools rapid, simultaneous, differential quantitative detection pathovars, multiplex planta.
