摘要: Purpose: To test the influence of combined knee valgus and internal tibial rotation moment on anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) strain during single-leg landing. We tested following hypotheses: combination moments observed landing produces a higher ACL than either applied individually, rotational at physiological levels could theoretically increase in high enough to rupture ACL, location peak contact force was posterior-lateral side for loading. Methods: The study conducted by applying vivo human loading data validated simulation model three-dimensional dynamic joint predict strains. Results: increased nonlinearly when or model. When two were neither caused >0.077. However, combination, had much larger effect, predicted up 0.105. During landing, occurred cartilage maximum applied. Conclusions: Combined increases more alone. magnitudes that occurs can cause strains may be rupture. This suggest are relevant injuries.
