摘要: Toxicity tests were performed with 4 Toxkit microbiotests, based on aquatic species of different phylogenetic groups and representing trophic levels, 2 heavy metals (zinc cadmium) which are common contaminants the environment. The tested out single micro-algae (Algaltoxkit F Selenastrum capricornutum), a ciliate protozoan (Protoxkit Tetrahymena thermophila), crustaceans (Daphtoxkit F™ Daphnia pulex Thamnotoxkit Thamnocephalus platyurus); combination experiments one (D. pulex).
